CDS FAQ for Reviewers and Journalists
Frequently Asked Questions for Media and Press
What is Callizto Dark Symphony?
It is a human-led, AI-assisted dark symphonic music and mythology project. It combines original music, a developing fictional mythology, and a gothic/cyberpunk visual language centered around a mythic digital band called the Temporal Trinity.
How would you describe the project in one sentence?
A human-directed creative archive combining dark symphonic music, mythic storytelling, and a consistent visual language, built over years with deliberate artistic vision.
Is this an AI-generated project?
No. The project is human-led. Human vision, emotional direction, selection, and final authorship are central. AI tools are used as creative instruments, but they do not replace human creative responsibility or judgment.
What kind of music do you make?
Dark symphonic, gothic, industrial, and hybrid styles with cinematic and atmospheric qualities. The music often explores heavy emotional and thematic territory.
Who are the band members?
The Temporal Trinity consists of three fictional/digital characters: Callizto Lyhdan, Seraphina Veridian Cipher, and Lady Lilith Scarlett. They have distinct visual identities, personalities, and thematic roles within the project’s mythology.
Do you consider this “AI art”?
The project uses AI tools as part of the creative process, but it is not defined by that fact. It is better understood as a human-directed music and mythology project that uses modern tools to realize a specific artistic vision.
Why is there such a large public wiki?
The wiki serves as a public archive and reference for the project’s mythology, characters, songs, and themes. It exists for listeners, readers, and researchers who want deeper context. It is optional, not required.
Is the mythology “canon”?
The wiki distinguishes between protected canon facts (locked for consistency) and elements that remain fluid or open to interpretation. Not everything is fixed.
Where should new listeners start?
Good entry points include My Digital Requiem, Beautiful Disgrace, Heart of the Static, and Sanctuary of Scars. The wiki can be explored afterward if desired.
Do you have a press kit?
A basic public press kit overview is available in the wiki (see Phase 5). More detailed materials can be requested through official project channels.
