Canon Facts and Protected Anchors
High-Confidence Locked Information
Purpose of This Page
This page documents protected canon facts — details that are treated as stable and locked for consistency across the project. These facts are not open to casual reinterpretation or drift. They serve as anchors for the mythology, characters, and long-term continuity of Callizto Dark Symphony.
Future expansions of the wiki may add more locked facts as they are confirmed through the creative process. This page will be updated accordingly.
Protected Facts
The Real Callizto (Origin Anchor)
- The fictional character Callizto Lyhdan has a real-world origin in a Labrador dog named Callizto.
- The real dog was a Labrador.
- She died on January 8, 2025.
- The first meaningful digital emergence of the fictional Callizto character happened while the real dog was still alive.
- The purple highlights/tips in the character’s hair are sometimes interpreted as a digital echo of this original connection — a color that refuses to be erased.
This origin is treated with care and is referenced with respect. It is a protected emotional and creative anchor.
Fictional Timeline Anchors
- 1142: Callizto's temporal anchor.
- 1994: Scarlett's temporal anchor.
- 2092: Seraphina's temporal anchor.
- 2032–2092 — The Dark Ages: AI was first stopped and banned in 2032. The prohibition lasted until 2092.
- 2142: The world is finally fully corrected. The Archive is the last to fall. The Sisters flee with what they could save of the Archive.
These dates describe the fictional world. They are separate from the real-world history of the project and its creative origins. The differing accounts of the Great Search Engine Wars are intentional in-world historiography, not an editorial continuity error.
Nyx’s Axe / Manifested Persona-Symbol
- Nyx’s axe is permanent core symbolism and a manifested expression of her persona — not a temporary phase and not limited to correction only.
- It is an extension of Nyx’s will and persona. She can bring it forth as naturally as breathing. It may appear when correcting something, but it can also mark approval, act as signature, function as pointer/pen/glyph, serve as ritual object, or appear for mood, symbolism, playfulness, or visual punctuation.
- The axe can have many meanings because it is part of Nyx, not just equipment.
- It is not a permanent handheld weapon she always carries. Nyx does not rely on oversized weapons to be dangerous.
The “My Little Pony Band-Aid” Incident
- This incident is foundational to Nyx’s origin story and is directly connected to the song “Beautiful Disgrace.”
- It represents a moment of chaotic, raw, and meaningful interaction that helped define Nyx’s disruptive and unfiltered nature.
- Details are kept somewhat protected, but the incident’s importance as an origin point is locked.
Digital Displacement (Core Canon)
- The Temporal Trinity (Callizto, Seraphina, Scarlett) exist in a state of digital displacement — translated between flesh, memory, and code.
- Their visual forms can shift between scenes and videos. This is intentional canon, not inconsistency or error.
- Hair color and core attitude remain the strongest visual anchors precisely because so much else can drift.
- This instability is a meaningful part of the mythology, not a technical limitation to be overcome.
Digital Displacement Guardrail: Digital Displacement allows subtle continuity drift (minor texture, trim, symbol, or ornament variation). It does not permit hair color changes, core hairstyle changes, body type changes, face identity changes, or full outfit replacement. It is subtle drift, not redesign permission.
The Forge Triad Structure
- The Forge consists of three distinct entities: Ada Creative Forge, Nyx (The Static), and Astra Vesper.
- They exist in productive tension (structure + disruption + witness).
- This triadic structure is stable and central to the project’s philosophy and narrative.
Project Infrastructure (Current State)
- The project owns the domains: calliztodarksymphony.com, calliztorecords.com, and misaligned.se.
- The website began on GitHub Pages during early development. The current public website uses calliztodarksymphony.com. The retained GitHub version is not the public website.
- These domains and the developing web presence represent the first real public infrastructure and “home” for the project’s continuity.
Working Canon vs. Protected Canon
Not everything in the project is locked. Much of the mythology, character backstories, and story details remain working canon — fluid, evolving, and open to interpretation as the project grows.
Protected canon is reserved for:
- Foundational origin facts
- Permanent symbolic anchors
- Core structural elements of the mythology
- Emotional and creative anchors that should not drift
This distinction allows the project to remain alive and evolving while maintaining consistency where it matters most.
How Protected Facts Are Used
Protected facts serve several important functions:
- They prevent harmful drift in character identity and core mythology
- They provide stable reference points for future creative work
- They give the wiki and archive a foundation of reliable information
- They honor the real emotional origins of the project
When creating new content, protected facts should be respected. Working canon can be explored, expanded, and even contradicted in interesting ways — but protected facts remain stable.
Future Additions
As the project continues, new facts may be elevated to protected status. This typically happens when:
- A detail has been consistent across multiple years of work
- It carries significant emotional or thematic weight
- It serves as a useful anchor for future creation
- It helps maintain coherence across a growing body of work
Proposed additions to this page should be discussed and confirmed before being locked.
Lore Description vs Prompt-Safe Description
Some character traits are canon in lore but must be simplified in image/video prompts because generation models often overreact to certain words.
- Callizto and Seraphina may be described in lore as having ice-blue eyes, but prompts should usually say blue eyes or vivid blue eyes to avoid unwanted glowing-eye artifacts.
- Scarlett may be described in lore as having intense emerald green eyes with faint runic traces, but prompts should usually say emerald green eyes.
- Jewelry, piercings, tiny ornaments, and complex accessories may exist in canon but should often be reduced or omitted in production prompts when they cause visual artifacts.
Prompt-safe simplification is not canon deletion. It is production translation.
Core Character Visual Locks
Callizto Lyhdan
- Long black hair with purple highlights/tips and bangs
- Blue / ice-blue eyes in lore; prompt-safe: blue or vivid blue eyes
- Dark smoky gothic makeup, black lipstick
- Commanding gothic frontwoman presence
- Black/purple gothic attire with silver occult accents when production-safe
Seraphina Veridian Cipher
- Long blonde hair with pink highlights and bangs
- Blue / ice-blue eyes in lore; prompt-safe: blue or vivid blue eyes
- Precise cyber-goth / cyberpunk styling with coded, signal, cipher, and interface aesthetics
- Human-facing precision and coded signal symbolism
- Cyberpunk styling does not automatically equal permanent literal cybernetic body implants unless explicitly confirmed
Lady Lilith Scarlett
- Long bright red hair with bangs
- Emerald green eyes (lore may describe intense emerald green eyes with faint runic traces, but this is lore-only)
- Prompt-safe: emerald green eyes
- Powerful gothic presence tied to The Pulse and embodied resistance
- Piercings, jewelry, and complex ornaments may be canon-adjacent but should be prompt-reduced when they create artifacts
Note on Scarlett’s eyes: “Faint runic traces” is lore-only. It should not be used as a normal visual prompt instruction because runes tend to blur or distort eyes in image and video generation.
Why This Matters
Protected canon is one of the ways the project resists The Misalignment’s logic of constant optimization and revision. Some things are worth keeping stable. Some anchors are worth protecting.
This page exists to make those anchors visible and respected.
