Comfort Circuit, Ashfall
Ashfall’s cooling water is not drinking water except when residents treat it as weather.
An in-world document. Its claims retain their fictional perspective and may be incomplete or contradictory.
JOINT NOTE — HOUSING / MUNICIPAL WATER
Ashfall cooling is classified comfort, not supply.
Residents continue to classify it as Tuesday.
Fans and ice remain a private arrangement and are not a pipe.
If cooling fails, do not divert drinking mains without a ticket that will survive summer.
The unaccounted litre on the Exchange main is not an Ashfall comfort issue. Do not solve one desk by emptying the other.
