The Central Exchange fountain has been restored.
Cause: interruption of the maintenance handshake following relocation of a control board during visual documentation of the service room.
Recommendation: do not document the service room from the angle that includes the board. A plant has been placed. The plant is now heritage-adjacent.
Events posters declaring THE WATER RETURNS may remain. They are, accidentally, correct.
